Raw material: 
Granule mixture composed of recycled plastic and rubber derived from differentiated rubbish collection ( 10- 15 %) and from industrial processing(85 - 90 %).

Weight and dimensions:
eanch item weighs 3,5 Kg (around 63 Kg per m 2) Thickness 62mm perimeter 1020 mm. One square meter of floor is formed by eighteen self-locking items

 

 

 


      

Shape:
Three hexagons laid side-by-side with, or without, bevelling along the entire perimeter of the top surface.

Top surface: 
Embossed surface with 25 bosses (30 mm diameter ) or smooth surface with no pattern.

Bottom surface: 
Hollow in order to enhance adherence to sand beds, and crossed reinforcement ribs made of the same raw material.

 

Laying: 
Laying procedures are the same as for any other self-locking floor: dry laying on pre-existing floors or on sand bed (5-6 cm thick). Laying operations should be followed by vibration rolling.

Production colour: 
The self-locking components are ezclusively black ehen marketed. They can however be painted with special acrylic paints for plastic materials after laying
